HOLISTIC HOME FITNESS began partnering with Professional and Semi-Professional Athletes in 2008. We believe in the vast benefits of YOGA FOR PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES when yoga is inserted Pre-Game, Post-Game and as a regular cross training tool.
Athletes benefit the most from yoga techniques because their natural athleticism is pushed to the next level when their emotional and mental capacities and focus are sharpened to meet the skills of their sport.
Yoga also works on the physical level to balance Flexibility with Strength to help Prevent Injuries (and heal from current ones too) caused by imbalances in the muscles of the body. One of the primary goals of regular practice is to correct these imbalances to increase Mobility and Performance while decreasing down time.
